The Competition hosted by ‘Luxury Lodges’ is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

1. Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or over to enter the competition. The Competition is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of Luxury Lodges, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Competition. 

2. Competition Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 23rd December 2020 and ending 17th January 2021. All online entries must be received by [18th January 2021 by 12.00pm].

3. How to Enter: The Competition must be entered by submitting an entry via the Instagram post on the @llcollectionuk channel by commenting and liking the post in question and following the @llcollectionuk Instagram channel. The entry must fulfill all competition requirements, as specified, to be eligible to go into a prize draw.

You may enter only once and provide the information requested. 

4. Prizes: The Winner of the Competition (the “Winner”) will receive either a 4 night midweek short break or 3 night weekend short break at The Dylan Lodge self-catering property at The Dylan Coast Resort in Laugharne, Carmarthenshire for four people in total (including the winner). 

The prize will also include: 

• One night dinner in Milk Wood House for the four guests and one bottle of house wine (including the winner)
• Four spa treatments (one treatment per guest)
• Signed shirt from Alun Wyn Jones

The prize must be taken before 30th June 2021. 

No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Luxury Lodges discretion. The prize is non transferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. 

There will only be one winner. 

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Luxury Lodges to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

Travel to the destination will not be covered by Luxury Lodges. 

The prize can not be claimed during school holiday or national holidays (e.g. Bank Holidays or school holidays).

5. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Luxury Lodges. The Winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram by the 24th January. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, and fails to claim the prize within [28 days] from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. 

7. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the  luxurylodges.com/privacy-policy/ website.
