Vista combines modern facilities with rustic, coastal-inspired design. Inside you’ll find high-pitched ceilings, exposed beams, and timber flooring. There’s a state-of-the-art kitchen and large windows that frame beautiful views of the estuary.

Apex features bright and beautiful interiors, as well as state-of-the-art kitchen facilities. Multiple skylights flood the interiors with natural daylight, while earthy textures and smooth metallic detailing create a modern space that’s perfect for entertaining.

Our brand ambassador: Alun Wyn Jones

Dylan Coastal Resort provides the perfect retreat for family man Alun Wyn Jones, who often has a busy training schedule. And as our resort has such a focus on wellbeing, this celebrated sports hero, and most capped Wales player in history, makes a fitting ambassador for our Residences.

“As a dad, you want to give your family as much of your time as you can, but I can be away a lot with rugby, during competition matches or training camps. I go home to rest, and it’s nice to be able to do that somewhere different. Having somewhere different yet familiar to escape to is ideal. While it sounds like a bit of a cliché, this is a home from home where we have nothing but quality time together.”

Alun Wyn, wife Anwen and their two young daughters have already been enjoying time at their holiday home, as their Mumbles home is just an hour’s drive away from the resort.

“The views across the Taf Estuary are like a constantly changing oil painting,” says Alun Wyn. “The lodges offer luxury hotel quality, but it’s nice to have your own space and area to chill out in the hot tub. For my five-year-old, it’s like having her very own Tŷ Bach Twt! (Wendy House) She’s in her element here.”
