Local food and local bands on the menu at our new-look restaurant

At Luxury Lodge Estates we love celebrating the very best of everything the local area has to offer across all our resorts. So when we refurbished our bar, restaurant and café area at Burn recently we naturally made sure the design reflected a Cornish theme. 

But our empathy for the local environment doesn’t end there. There’s a Cornish twist to much of our menu, from fresh Cornish seafood like fish, prawns and mussels to yummy deserts including sticky toffee pudding with a generous dollop of clotted Cornish cream. 

Now, to complete the line-up, we’ve been inviting local bands and musicians to play in the bar on selected evenings. 

If you hurry you can still catch acoustic indie-folk band BACHE who have been playing throughout September. They’re known for their upbeat and fun stage presence and their ability to have you up on your feet and singing along to songs you’ve never heard before – as well as putting their own spin on songs you’ll know well.  BACHE will be back with us on 27^th September, October 5^th, 10^th and 26^th so don’t miss them!

Also during October we’re hoping to welcome local singer/songwriter James Dixon from Bude. James is a regular performer in venues up and down the Cornish coast and beyond and he’s developing a strong, loyal following. To find out more just contact us or watch this space.

The Burn bar opens 12pm until 11pm daily. Lunch is between 12pm-2pm and Dinner is between 5.30pm-8.30pm.
