Invigorating massage | 60 minutes 

If you’re looking for some full-body pampering, this massage is perfect for you. Modified to suit everyone, this medium pressure massage incorporates Swedish and deep tissue massage, as well as relaxing aromatherapy oils, to ease tension in your back, legs, arms, neck and shoulders.

Salt and oil scrub | 30 minutes 

Wash away the stresses and pressures of the last few months and indulge in our invigorating body scrub. We’ll gently exfoliate your whole body, sweeping away dull, dry skin, while stimulating circulation and eliminating toxins. You’ll leave us with a renewed glow and feeling energised.

Facial | 60 minutes

This tailored facial is designed to fulfil your individual needs. We’ll work on toning, firming and nourishing your skin, while also repairing and protecting it from natural environmental damage. The treatment includes a face, scalp, hand and arm massage to leave you feeling ready to face the world.

Pregnancy/prenatal massage | 60 minutes

Mums-to-be can enjoy some specially designed nourishment with this rejuvenating treatment. Relieve aches and pains, and calm your mind and soul, with this back, leg, arm shoulder, neck and scalp massage.

Luxurious seaweed hand experience with polish | 60 minute

Our hands bear the brunt of our daily lives and we put them through a lot. This detoxifying seaweed treatment will help restore tired and aching hands. Start with a hand and arm scrub and massage followed by a seaweed gel mask, we’ll even finish with a file, cuticle condition and nail polish or buff.
